Franchising is a long-term and continuous business relationship that arises from granting of the concession right of a product or service by the owner of such right to a second party in order for that party to carry out commercial business with information and support (*know-how) regarding the management and organization of the business provided by the owner of such right within a certain period of time, and according to certain conditions and limitations. Franchising is a contractual relationship between two independent parties. Franchisee assumes the right and obligation to use the Franchisor's trade name and/or service mark, know-how, operating and technical methods, system, and other industrial and/or intellectual property rights together with the commercial and technical support it will continuously receive in return for a direct or indirect price within the period and scope of a written Franchise Agreement to be concluded between the parties for this purpose.
